Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese energy balancing technique that promotes physical, mental and emotional well-being. It is a gentle, hands-on modality that reduces stress and creates the relaxation response in the body.
The session begins with intuitive talk therapy, followed by reiki. Reiki can be received while resting on a massage table, or by relaxing into a combination of restorative yoga poses. In restorative yoga, your body is completely supported by pillows and props. This quiets the nervous system, and allows you to fully surrender into the relaxation response and the flow of reiki energy.
