Restorative YogaYoga sessions help to integrate mind, body and spirit, while calming the nervous system and promoting mental clarity. Jody’s sessions include traditional poses as well as restorative practices. Taking the time to get into a pose slowly and relaxing into props allows the body to soften fully and the mind to quiet so that deeper healing can take place. Her specializations include:

Jody teaches weekly classes and workshops at Yoga Shivaya in Tarrytown and at Hastings Yoga in Hastings.
